Account and profile information you provide, including contact details, work authorization, education, experience, skills, job preferences, links, and uploaded documents.
Application activity, including job links, status, timing, answers, run events, and the application history shown to you.
Messages you send to DearHiringTeam, employer messages received by your application mailbox, and an optional messaging phone number when you choose to enable texting.
Why it is used
We use this information to authenticate your account, keep your saved application details, find roles when requested, complete the applications you authorize, handle supported verification steps, and show you what happened.
Relevant application context may be processed by an AI model provider when DearHiringTeam needs to plan an answer or respond in conversation.
Who receives it
The employer and its application system receive the fields and documents required for the application you ask DearHiringTeam to submit.
Service providers may process the minimum information needed for hosting, authentication, databases, browser automation, AI, the application mailbox, and optional messaging. They process information for the service they provide to us.
Your choices
You can review and update your saved profile before starting another application. You choose the job and provide the instruction that starts an application.
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, email support@aiapply.co. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

DearHiringTeam Ltd. is responsible for this service. Contact support@aiapply.co with a privacy question or request. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
